Job summary

Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Housekeeper to join our team in a 15-hour-per-week role, scheduled 9am–3pm on a two-week rolling rota that includes alternate weekends. The position focuses on keeping communal areas clean, tidy and safe for residents and staff, with emphasis on pride in your work.

You will perform room care to a high standard, collaborate with management to maintain hygiene, and show kindness through daily interactions with residents.

• A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming environment – keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues.
• Room care with pride – dusting, polishing and vacuuming residents' rooms to a high standard, always using appropriate safety signage.
• Working together – collaborating with the management team to maintain excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Making a difference through kindness – sharing a smile, a conversation, or a moment of connection with residents as you go about your day.
