Job summary

The Inn Collection Group in Blyth, Northumberland, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Inns with rooms team. You will be responsible for cleaning guest rooms and public areas to high standards, reporting any maintenance needs, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their stay.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment for guests. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is beneficial.
• Attention to detail and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to high standards and keep public areas welcoming.
• Promptly report maintenance issues and manage linen, towels and room supplies.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Your duties will include cleaning rooms to our high standards, ensuring public areas are clean and welcoming, and promptly reporting maintenance issues. You’ll follow safety guidelines, work to create memorable visits for our guests and manage your stocks of linen, towels, and room supplies effectively.
