Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a friendly and reliable Housekeeper to ensure our holiday accommodation is clean, comfortable and welcoming for guests. You will prepare accommodation for arrivals, maintain high cleanliness standards, and work with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient changeovers.

This part-time, fixed-term role involves 6 hours per work period, including bank holidays as required. Training will be provided and you will join a supportive team in a varied environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare holiday accommodation to company standards.
• Change bed linen and make beds for guest arrivals.
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop and clean surfaces throughout accommodation.
• Ensure accommodation is well presented and ready for check-in.
• Follow cleaning checklists, procedures and company standards.
• Report maintenance issues, damage or missing items promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness in communal or guest areas as required.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and appropriately.
• Report hazards or health and safety concerns.
• Work efficiently during busy changeover periods.
• Collaborate with the wider housekeeping and resort teams.

About the role
