Job summary

The Borough Arms, part of St Austell Brewery, is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to warmly welcome guests and ensure every room is spotless and well presented.

No prior experience is required—training and ongoing support are provided. You will work as part of a small, caring team, with flexible hours and opportunities to learn the hospitality trade.

Job description

The Borough Arms is a charming traditional pub that’s steeped in history and blessed with spectacular surroundings. Nestled along the famous Camel Trail, the building dates back to the 1850s when its original purpose was to service trains taking china clay from the moor down to the port at Padstow. We’re looking for a Housekeeper to join our close-knit team. You’ll provide a warm welcome to guests, making them feel at home throughout their stay, while keeping our rooms looking spick and span. If you haven’t done this kind of work before, we’ll support you to learn.
