Quantum Care is seeking a Housekeeper for Riverside Lodge Care Home in Rickmansworth. The role focuses on maintaining high cleanliness standards to support residents’ wellbeing in a luxury, comfortable setting.

You will join a welcoming team at a 75-bed home offering residential, dementia and respite care. Competitive weekend pay, full-time hours and company benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience or willingness to learn required.

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping to create a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment for residents.
• Carry out cleaning duties including sanitising rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, and bed-making.
• Assist with laundry tasks and replenish linen and supplies.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures.

As a Housekeeper you will maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the home, ensuring residents are safe, comfortable and have a welcoming tidy environment, through compassionate and person‑centred approach to supporting resident’s wellbeing.

What You’ll Bring

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• You’ll help create a homely and caring atmosphere for our residents and ensure the quality of their lives is maximised.
• Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties, ie sanitising rooms, bathrooms, communal areas and changing and making beds, with cored disposal of waste.
• Provide support with Laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies
• Following health and safety policies and procedures.
