Job summary

Agincare Homes Holdings is hiring a Housekeeper at our Victory care home in Chatham. You will work 15 hours per week, 9:00 to 15:00 on a two-week rolling rota, including alternate weekends, to keep communal areas clean, safe and welcoming.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ right to work in the UK.
• This role requires a housekeeper with attention to cleanliness and warmth.
• This is a 15-hour-per-week role on a two-week rolling rota including alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum residents’ rooms to a high standard.
• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards.
• Bring warmth and kindness to residents through small acts—smiles, chats, and friendly presence.

We’re looking for:

• This is a Housekeeper role working 15 hours per week from 9am to 3pm on a two week rolling rota to include alternative weekends
• Shift Pattern:
• Week 1 Wednesday and Friday
• Week 2 Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

Your role:

• Keep communal areas safe, clean, and welcoming

• Work with the management team to maintain hygiene standards
