Job summary

Edgehill care home in Swindon is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors. The role focuses on keeping communal areas spotless and ensuring rooms are tidy and safe, with attention to detail and a friendly, caring approach.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience and take pride in creating comfortable spaces. A minimum of 12 months’ right to work in the UK is required, with ongoing development opportunities and a company pension

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by keeping communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents and visitors.
• Care for residents' rooms with dusting, polishing and vacuuming to a high standard while using proper safety signage.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Contribute to a warm, friendly atmosphere by engaging with residents and colleagues.

• Creating a welcoming environment – keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
