Bayman Atkinson Smythe Ltd is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner for a hybrid role in Liverpool. You will partner with Development teams, contribute to planning, business cases, and viability assessments, and provide financial insight to influence senior decision-making.

Formación

• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience in accounting or finance.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Housing or property sector experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Development teams to provide financial insight and challenge.
• Analyse development performance, highlighting risks, opportunities and variances.
• Partner with budget holders and senior leaders on commercial and investment decisions.
• Prepare and review financial appraisals, business cases and viability assessments.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning across projects.
• Monitor project expenditure, grant income and funding needs.
• Produce financial reports for senior management, Board and Committee meetings.
• Assess long-term financial implications of development activity.
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliant project accounting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, systems, and MI.
