Epwin Group in Tamworth is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Operative to manage orders for national and regional housebuilder customers. You will process orders, coordinate with branches and site managers, and ensure on-time deliveries in line with construction schedules.

Working with the Key Account Manager and Technical Department, you will maintain accurate records, monitor progress across developments, and keep customers informed of changes, delivery dates and upcoming materials.

Formación

• Previous experience in customer service, order processing, sales administration or account coordination.
• Experience managing multiple customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with customers and internal departments.
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet demanding deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Process housebuilder orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring alignment with specifications and pricing.
• Coordinate delivery dates with branches and Site Managers to meet schedules.
• Maintain records of orders, deliveries and plot progress in the CRM and trackers.
• Liaise with the Technical Department on house type changes and amendments.
• Provide regular updates to Key Account Managers on development progress and delivery performance.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve routine issues promptly to maintain service levels.
