Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in managing staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the house on a day-to-day basis to ensure smooth operation.
• Lead, manage and develop all house staff.
• Promote the house locally to attract new residents and develop community relationships.
• Plan menus and manage provisions within budgets.
• Ensure health and safety standards and maintain records.
• Provide governance for resident Wellness Plans and activities.
