Abbeyfield Living Society in the United Kingdom seeks a Regional Operations Manager for the South region. The role is remote with travel across London, Southampton, Surrey, Devon, Buckinghamshire, West Sussex and Wokingham, and hours of 35 per week (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm).

Qualifications

• Experience delivering across multiple sites in a regulated care setting.
• Proven leadership of dispersed teams with coaching style.
• Knowledge of Care Act 2014/15 and CQC expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop seven Elderly Care services across the South region.
• Ensure resident experience is the top priority and drive quality and compliance.
• Maintain high occupancy and sustainable service revenue.
• Embed governance and implement quality monitoring tools and audits.
• Provide inspirational operational leadership to registered Home Managers.
• Oversee budgets, variances, and corrective actions with managers.
