McCarthy Stone is recruiting a permanent House Manager for our Casterbridge Court development in Dorchester, Dorset. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, front of house duties, event coordination, and maintaining a safe, welcoming community for homeowners.
The House Manager will coordinate social activities, manage the development, and ensure health and safety compliance while providing support to residents and their families.

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working throughout the year.
Salary: £22,557.60 per annum.
