McCarthy Stone is seeking a Registered Care Manager for the Olney development. You will take overall responsibility for day-to-day management, care delivery, and operations to ensure residents enjoy independence and a vibrant community.
You will lead the care team, uphold high quality standards, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies. A Level 5 diploma is required or 75% completion with probation readiness.
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Care Manager to join the team at our Penny House, Retirement Living Plus Development in Olney, near Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire. You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, care delivery, and operational running of the community, ensuring residents enjoy independence, dignity, and a vibrant lifestyle.
As the Registered Care Manager, you will provide strong leadership to your care and support team, uphold the highest quality standards, and ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
To succeed in this role, you will be a confident leader with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to balance care quality with operational efficiency.
