Responsibilities

• Coordinate dispatch with delivery riders to ensure on-time last-mile deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and service requests about SEAGAS LPG.
• Maintain updated knowledge of LPG cylinders, types, valves, accessories, and installation procedures through training.
• Support margin growth by ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints about product quality, installation, or delays.
• Prepare and submit daily sales reports and maintain an organized customer database.
• Track daily sales and inventory with LPG Sales staff using real-time data.
• Monitor deliveries with riders to ensure orders arrive in good condition.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to improve sales performance and LPG growth.
