Job summary

Flogas is seeking an Emergency Team Member to join our 24/7 emergency desk. You will answer calls on the LPG helpdesk, log details accurately, and route tasks to engineers within SLA.

The role supports a fast-paced team working to ensure quick response times and high service levels. We value clear communication, meticulous note-taking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while coordinating with field engineers and other teams across the business.

Qualifications

• Log details of all calls accurately under pressure.
• Close attention to detail with ability to record information under pressure.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages.
• Excellent listening skills with ability to think on the job with strong communication skills.
• Experience in the dispatch of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls on a helpdesk for LPG customers reporting problems with their gas supply.
• Ability to log details of all calls accurately.
• Troubleshooting / diagnosing equipment faults & guiding through basic equipment resets.
• Prioritising workloads to ensure effective response times while working within SLA’s.
• Triaging callouts to ensure that highest priority jobs are dispatched before jobs of a lower priority.
• Dispatching engineers within SLA’s.
