Job summary

Flogas invites applications for an Emergency Team Member to join our 24/7 emergency operations. You will answer calls from LPG customers, log details accurately, and guide through basic fault diagnosis while prioritising work to meet service level agreements.

Reporting to the Emergency Team Supervisor, you’ll collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure rapid response, excellent customer service, and support as we move toward renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Competent telephone skills.
• Close attention to detail with ability to accurately log information under pressure.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Experience in dispatch of engineers.
• Ability to log details of all calls accurately.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on a helpdesk for LPG customers reporting gas supply issues.
• Log details of all calls accurately.
• Troubleshoot/diagnose equipment faults and guide through basic resets.
• Prioritise workloads to ensure effective response times within SLA.
• Triaging callouts to dispatch highest priority jobs first within SLA.
• Dispatch engineers within SLA.
