Job summary

The Arora Group is seeking an experienced Hotels Process Transformation Analyst to standardise and transform finance processes across a multi-brand hotel portfolio. The role focuses on accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audit, and interfaces with central finance and hotel leadership.

• 5+ years in a multi-site hotel environment with business process analysis and finance transformation.
• Experience in hotel finance operations: payables, receivables and income audit.
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Strong project management and ability to drive actions to completion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Arora Hotels division, its brands and finance structure.
• Review and challenge current hotel finance processes across payables, receivables, income audit and month-end close.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps and manual workarounds to drive standardisation.
• Propose practical improvements balancing operational needs with finance controls.
• Collaborate with Finance IT and system owners to automate workflows.
• Create process documentation, SOPs, diagrams and training materials.
• Evaluate benefits, risks, costs and operational impact of changes.
• Engage with senior leaders and hotel management to drive change.
• Lead multiple improvement initiatives from review to implementation.
• Support adoption with training and follow-up support.
• Monitor changes via audits and performance reviews to ensure sustainability.
• Conduct ad hoc reviews and deep dives as needed.
