Greene King within Chef & Brewer pubs is seeking a friendly Hotel Staff member to welcome guests, assist with check‑in and recommend drinks that enhance every visit. You’ll be joining a fun, inclusive team where you can grow your skills while delivering memorable service.

Qualifications

As a Hotel Staff, you will...

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet our customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
