Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a Hotel Services Lead to oversee housekeeping, laundry and resident dining across seven days. The role is hands-on and involves leading teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and care through attention to detail.

You will ensure outstanding first impressions, maintain top cleanliness standards and use resident feedback to continually improve the service. Experience in care, hotels, hospitality or customer-focused environments is valuable.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping, hospitality, hotel services or facilities teams.
• Passion for excellent service and great customer experience.
• Strong people leadership and organisational skills.
• High standards and a great eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop housekeeping and laundry teams.
• Take ownership of the resident dining experience and standards of service.
• Ensure presentation and first impressions meet high standards.
• Listen to residents and use feedback to continually improve.
• Maintain cleanliness, infection prevention, health & safety and COSHH standards.
• Manage rotas, resources, stock and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with the wider home team to enhance resident experience.
