Job summary

Stow Healthcare Group is seeking a Hotel Services Lead to oversee housekeeping, laundry and the resident dining experience across seven days. You will lead and develop teams, ensure top-notch presentation, and collaborate with the wider home team to create a welcoming environment for residents.

Experience in care, hotels, hospitality or customer-focused settings is valuable; strong leadership and attention to detail are essential to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

Experience leading housekeeping, hospitality, hotel services or facilities teams.
Passion for excellent service and creating a great customer experience.
Strong people leadership and organisational skills.
High standards and a great eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and develop housekeeping and laundry teams.
Take ownership of the resident dining experience and service standards.
Ensure exceptional presentation and first impressions.
Listen to residents and use feedback to improve.
Maintain cleanliness, infection prevention, health & safety and COSHH.
Manage rotas, resources, stock and budgets.
Collaborate with the wider home team to enhance resident experience.
