Care UK is seeking a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team in a care home, ensuring high standards of cleaning, hygiene and laundry services. You will supervise staff, support development, and engage with residents and relatives in meetings. You will also manage rota planning and budgeting to maintain efficient service.

The successful candidate will share our values and strive to put residents at the heart of everything we do, delivering compassionate care daily at our home.

Responsibilities

• Leading the team in their role and required duties
• Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home
• Supervision of your team and actively encourage their development
• Understand residents needs and ensure these are being met
• Ensure the laundry of residents clothing is to the highest standard
• Attend resident/relative meetings
