Millennium Hotel and Conference Centre Gloucester London is seeking a Sales Coordinator to coordinate and support the Sales Department. The role involves assisting with guest relations, VIP handling, and ensuring documentation is distributed on time.

The successful candidate will have strong written and spoken communication, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines in a busy hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing or spoken word as appropriate for the needs of the audience including senior management. Ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks at a given time, be detailed orientated, self-motivated with critical thinking and flexibility.
• Proactive approach to meeting deadlines and targets.

Responsibilities

• To ensure Guest Relations are notified of any VIP and Special Care guests and appropriate forms and welcome cards completed.
• To have excellent product knowledge of the Millennium Gloucester Hotel facilities and layout in order to show clients around with the aim of securing their business. To undertake secretarial duties and any other reasonable duties as requested by Sales Team.
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is distributed on time and to relevant personnel.
