Job summary

Blakeney Hotel on the North Norfolk Coast is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to help run the award-winning restaurant and deputise for the Restaurant Manager in their absence. You will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of service and guest experience across busy service periods.

Lead the restaurant team, greet guests, and work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service while upholding food safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced busy environment and perform under pressure.
• A good leader who can guide and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the restaurant team to deliver a high quality guest experience.
• Ensure the restaurant is set up and ready for service.
• Greet and serve guests and address queries promptly and professionally.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain security procedures.
• Develop a positive and motivated restaurant team.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team regarding menu and product knowledge for a smooth service.
