Iconic Hotels & Resorts in the Cotswolds is seeking a commercially focused Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and In-Room Dining outlets. You will inspire your team, drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints.

The role offers leadership responsibility, performance management and opportunities for training and career development within a luxury hotel group.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant/Bar/F&B Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality.
• Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
• Strong people management and coaching skills.
• Commercial awareness including budgets, payroll and stock control.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Hands-on leadership style to inspire and motivate teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of Restaurant, Bar, Lounge and In-Room Dining.
• Inspire and develop your team to deliver service excellence.
• Drive revenue growth through upselling and commercial awareness.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements.
• Manage labour costs, stock and departmental profitability.
• Coach and retain talented team members.
• Build strong relationships across the hotel for seamless guest experiences.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and licensing.
