Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a Reservations Sales Executive for our Commercial Hub in Rugby, Northampton. Youll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries by phone and email, guiding from initial enquiry to confirmed booking and maximizing revenue across our portfolio of 41 hotels.

In this fast-paced, target-driven role you will manage group and occasional individual reservations, contracts, invoicing and rooming lists, building lasting client relationships and contributing to

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with the ability to close bookings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to upsell.
• Experience with group reservations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of accommodation enquiries via telephone and email while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Guide clients confidently through the booking process, including contracts and payment procedures.
• Use knowledge of hotels, promotions and services to recommend solutions and maximise conversions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, hotel teams and the wider commercial function for a seamless experience.
• Take ownership of each booking from enquiry through to confirmation with accurate detail management.
• Contribute to a high-performing team, supporting shared goals and service excellence.
• Manage enquiry follow-up activity, maintain pipeline records and ensure timely responses to support conversion.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across bedrooms, meeting space and services to maximise revenue per booking.
