Karma Group on St Martin's, Isles of Scilly, is seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out for a seasonal contract. You will handle reservations, calls and emails, and provide local information to ensure memorable stays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Hotel Receptionist preferred.
• Experience using Rezlynx or Opera advantageous.
• Excellent personal presentation and professional, welcoming manner.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check guests into the hotel.
• Check guests out and process payments.
• Deal with guest enquiries and requests.
• Take and manage reservations.
• Answer telephone calls and emails.
• Provide information about the hotel and local area.
• Liaise with housekeeping, F&B, and other departments.
• Resolve guest issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records and reception administration.
• Ensure reception area and personal presentation are high standard.
• Deliver consistently high levels of guest service.
