Located in the heart of London, Mercure London Bridge Hotel is seeking a Front Office Team Member / Receptionist to bring your sparkling personality and provide excellent guest service.

Role Responsibilities:

As our next Receptionist, you will be the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, welcoming guests warmly, ensuring their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay. You will coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience. You should be passionate and dedicated to continuously improving our service quality.

Additional Information:

You will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures. Fluency in English is required. To help you settle into your role, a one-night stay will be arranged for you to experience the guest perspective firsthand.
