The Role of a Hotel Receptionist

Our receptionists are attentive, welcoming, and often the first point of contact for guests visiting our luxury hotel.

The Hotel Receptionist is responsible for guest check-in and check-out, and responds to a variety of queries both face-to-face and on the telephone in an efficient, friendly, and professional manner.

Our guests are your priority. You should be approachable, an excellent communicator, and possess strong organizational skills. You will enjoy engaging with our guests and being part of the front office team.

Successful candidates will benefit from previous hotel experience using Opera.
