Night Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for friendly, professional team members with a great smile and warm personality to welcome our guests and assist them during their stay. You will be the point of contact for guest inquiries and local recommendations, enhancing the customer journey from start to finish. The role involves working a 12-hour night shift from 19:00 to 07:00, as we provide 24-hour reception services. Experience in a hotel environment is helpful but not mandatory; a positive attitude is most important.

• Salary: £28,160 per year
• Additional pay: Bonus scheme
