A prestigious luxury hotel in London seeks a dedicated individual for guest services. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional check-in and check-out experiences while providing unparalleled customer service. Ideal for those with experience in 5-star environments, excellent communication, and technical skills.
Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for the accurate and attentive check-in, rooming, and check-out of hotel guests. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates the highest level of customer service in line with the Bvlgari Hotel core values. The job holder will provide information and aid to guests as needed. Additionally, the candidate will coordinate room assignments, organize guestroom moves, control sell-out days, supervise upgrades, and monitor interfaces.
What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have operational knowledge and demonstrated expertise in MARSHA, Opera, Excel, and Word. Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are preferred, but technical skills and flexibility are key differentiators.
To succeed, you should have experience in a luxury service environment and a strong understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You must be impeccably presented, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage with guests effectively.
