Platinum Recruitment Consultancy near Woking is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to lead the property and influence guest experience and commercial performance.

The role offers a 45-hour week, salary between £38,000 and £40,000, share of tips, free parking, meals on duty, pension and 28–33 days of holiday, with progression toward General Manager responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Track record at Head of Department or senior management in a luxury hotel.
• Experience in a busy country house hotel, including weddings and events, is advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Experience with a major global hotel brand would be advantageous.
• Commercially driven with a guest-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day running of the property.
• Provide senior management cover in the General Manager's absence.
• Maintain consistent standards across all departments.

• A commercially driven approach with the ability to think like a guest and act like an owner
