Gateway Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an Operations Manager for a luxury 4* hotel near Woking, Surrey. The role concentrates on delivering exceptional service across Food & Beverage, banqueting and events, while leading senior department heads in a busy countryside property.

You will report to the General Manager and oversee budgeting and financial planning, ensuring smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction in a high-end environment.

Qualifications

• Banqueting and events experience within a hotel or similar venue.
• Proven track record of leading hotel departments and teams.
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning for hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the General Manager.
• Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management.
• Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage including banqueting and events.
