Job summary

Stafffinders is seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager for a prestigious five-star hotel in the Scottish Highlands. This hands-on leader will oversee day-to-day operations, build high-performing teams and ensure exceptional guest service across the property.

Live-in accommodation is available if required, with excellent progression opportunities. You will collaborate with department heads, lead staff training, and maintain the highest standards from check-in to check-out in a luxury

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join a prestigious five-star luxury hotel in the Scottish Highlands, with live-in accommodation available if required.

You'll be a hands-on hospitality leader who oversees the daily hotel operations, inspires and develops high-performing teams, and maintains exceptional standards of guest service across the property.

Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Manager

As an integral part of the leadership team, you will assist the General Manager in the seamless day-to-day running of the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

• Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations
• Leading, supporting and guiding team members across the hotel
• Assisting with training and onboarding new staff
• Maintaining high standard of service and presentation
• Ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out

Your personality, experience and qualifications

You will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel and while direct experience in a similar Operations Manager role is highly advantageous, we value passionate leaders with clear evidence of strong leadership within the hospitality sector. You will bring:
