Job summary

Kew Green Hotels in the United Kingdom is seeking a visionary General Manager to oversee a 150-room property with banqueting and leisure facilities. You will lead from the front, shaping culture, training teams, and delivering outstanding guest experiences at every stage of the journey.

You will drive commercial performance, manage budgets, and develop next-generation leaders while ensuring compliance and safety across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and managing teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue while controlling costs.
• Excellent communication with guests and stakeholders.
• Willing to obtain a Personal Licence and act as DPS.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and DBS check required.
• Strong commitment to developing and empowering staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and drive commercial performance.
• Lead and develop your team to meet revenue, guest satisfaction and brand targets.
• Manage budgets and control expenditure while ensuring compliance with health and safety laws.
• Recruit, train and manage hotel employees and develop HODs for future roles.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and maximise department potential.
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest experience across the guest journey.
