Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a visionary hotel leader to take charge of a 150-room property with banqueting and leisure facilities. You will drive operational excellence, revenue growth and exceptional guest experiences, leading from the front and building a culture where teams are supported, trained and inspired.

You will report to the Regional General Manager and ensure revenue targets, guest satisfaction scores and brand standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading hotel operations and large teams.
• Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
• Knowledge of health, safety and licensing laws in hospitality.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Licence and act as DPS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and drive commercial performance.
• Manage budgets and control expenditure.
• Recruit, train and manage hotel employees.
• Develop HODs and implement succession plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing laws; maintain property and amenities.
• Continuously improve operations, maximise revenue and guest satisfaction.
