Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a visionary general manager to lead a bedroom hotel, shaping its culture and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will drive day-to-day operations, manage budgets, recruit and nurture leaders, and ensure compliance with safety and licensing laws while maximizing revenue across all departments.

You will guide from the front, build a high-performing team, and create a culture of ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and coach employees; implement succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing laws and brand standards.
• Identify revenue opportunities and maximise hotel profitability.
