The QHotels Collection is seeking a strong operational leader for Oulton Hall Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort near Leeds. You will oversee day-to-day operations across food & beverage, housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and front of house, building a culture of performance and guest service.

You will lead with energy and foster collaboration with Heads of Departments to elevate the guest experience, drive commercial success, and develop your team through training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Manager – GM or F&B Operations Manager seeking a step up.
• People management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations across multiple departments.
• Engage and develop teams; build strong relationships with Heads of Departments.
• Ensure guest experience is at the forefront of all decisions.
