Job summary

Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines is seeking a Deputy Hotel Operations Director to lead on-board and shore-side hotel operations from a UK or European location.

You will report to the Hotel Operations Director and oversee budgets, procurement collaborations, and quality standards across the fleet to maximise guest satisfaction and profitability. The role is permanent and full-time, offering an opportunity to shape service excellence aboard and on shore, with close partnership with senior hotel management

Responsibilities

• Report to the Hotel Operations Director on all hotel matters.
• Oversee budgets across hotel operations and ensure adherence.
• Collaborate with shore and ship side departments on communications and initiatives.
• Drive new product initiatives with the Procurement Manager.
• Ensure compliance with US and Canadian Public Health standards.
• Lead periodic reviews to assess performance and improve guest ratings.
