Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a Deputy General Manager for our Hampton by Hilton London Stansted Airport property to lead from the front and drive high‑quality operations across all departments, elevating guest experience and commercial performance.

You will develop talent, partner with the General Manager and department heads, and foster accountability, continuous improvement and service excellence, with potential to assume General Manager duties when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in hospitality operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Ability to drive performance across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front to deliver consistent, high-quality operations across all hotel departments.
• Drive guest satisfaction and commercial performance through effective leadership.
• Develop and coach department heads and teams to improve capability and results.
• Collaborate with General Manager on strategic direction and day-to-day delivery.
