Job summary

Radisson Blu London Stansted Airport seeks an experienced General Manager to lead a 500-room operation with a major meetings and events offering. You will drive performance, guest satisfaction and financial results while coordinating with corporate teams and ownership.

The role requires strategic vision with hands-on leadership, a proven track record in large-scale hotel management, and a focus on revenue growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as General Manager or senior hotel leader in a large full-service hotel.
• Track record of delivering strong commercial and financial results, including budgets and profitability.
• Experience leading large teams and cross-functional departments in a high-volume hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Rooms, F&B, Meetings & Events and hotel operations.

• Hold full P&L responsibility and ensure operational excellence across all hotel areas.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team with a culture of collaboration and service.
