Premier Inn in Witney is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead the Dream Team and elevate guest satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for the hotel's daily operations, guest experience, and team development, ensuring we uphold Premier Inn’s renowned standards.

You’ll drive safety, service quality, and commercial performance while maintaining our culture of guest care. This role offers a clear career pathway within the UK’s leading hotel brand.

Competenze

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership with a passion for customer service.
• Excellent team management and communication with a warm, genuine approach to people.

Mansioni

• Lead and motivate our Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including the bar and kitchen to maintain UK #1 status.
• Understand the bigger picture of the hotel to drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met and oversee food service to sustain high-quality service.
