Job summary

Premier Inn in Elgin is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and deliver exceptional guest experiences across front of house and housekeeping. You’ll drive daily operations, uphold brand standards, and inspire your team to achieve service excellence.

As the hotel leader you’ll ensure safety, manage performance, and identify commercial opportunities while delivering consistent results that keep Premier Inn as the UK’s number one hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment with team leadership.
• Strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Front of House and Housekeeping teams to ensure outstanding service and brand compliance.
• Manage daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to uphold the UK’s number one status.
• Understand the bigger picture, drive improvements, and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across the hotel and maintain high quality.
