Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment with team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House and Housekeeping teams to deliver outstanding service and brand standards.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to keep the hotel competitive.
• Understand the bigger picture to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel.
