Job summary

Travelodge Cirencester is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and develop our hotel team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and brand standards. This role focuses on staff development, recruitment, and safe, efficient hotel operations.

You will drive service excellence, manage rosters and banking, and oversee maintenance and food & beverage as applicable, while promoting our incentive schemes and career progression.

Responsibilities
