Job summary

Travelodge Cirencester is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead and develop hotel teams. The role is full-time and focuses on delivering outstanding customer experience while driving team performance and hotel operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams.
• Develop personal development plans for team members.
• Recruit and induct new staff with welcoming onboarding.
• Maximise food and beverage sales through upselling when applicable.
• Review customer feedback and create improvement action plans.
• Ensure rooms and public areas meet brand standards and cleanliness.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance reporting.
• Manage rosters, banking and health & safety.
• Encourage team engagement through incentive schemes.
