Travelodge Torquay is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead, coach and motivate the hotel teams to deliver an exceptional guest experience. This full-time role focuses on developing staff, ensuring brand standards, and driving successful operations.

You will recruit, induct new starters, maximize F&B opportunities where applicable, review guest feedback, maintain cleanliness, oversee repairs, and manage rotas, banking and health & safety. Join a brand-focused team with rewarding incentive schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and motivate hotel teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Ensure food and beverage standards (Bar Cafe hotels) are met and opportunities for upselling are pursued.
• Review customer feedback and implement targeted improvement actions.
• Oversee room and public area cleanliness, repairs and health & safety compliance.
• Manage rotas, banking and general hotel operations to drive efficiency.
