Job summary

Premier Inn Seaton is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team and drive guest satisfaction at our Harbour Road property. You will manage daily hotel operations, maintain our brand standards, and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and safe, welcoming experiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining high safety standards, and driving performance with a collaborative, hands-on leadership style.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment leading a team to success.
• Strong leadership and customer-service orientation.
• Commitment to safety and high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service and brand standards.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to maintain top guest experience.
• Drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities across the hotel.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel.
