You will manage a team across departments, foster growth, and align daily operations with business goals to keep the hotel thriving in a busy market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to uphold Premier Inn standards.
• Drive improvement and identify commercial opportunities by understanding the bigger hotel picture.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across the hotel.
