Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager for Epson Central to lead the hospitality team and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage daily hotel operations, uphold brand standards and develop your Dream Team to deliver exceptional service across all areas.

As the hotel leader, you’ll ensure safety, motivation, and high standards while creating a welcoming environment that delights guests and supports the UK’s leading hotel brand.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment
• Strong leadership and customer-service mindset
• Excellent team-management and communication skills
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service
• Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to uphold Premier Inn standards
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive commercial performance
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel
