Premier Inn Horsham North is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction across front of house, housekeeping and maintenance. You’ll shape service standards, mentor your team and ensure safe, smooth daily operations in line with our brand.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to uphold brand standards.
• Drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities across the hotel.
• Ensure health and safety standards throughout the property.
